About Ignite Your Legacy Project Inc.

Ignite Your Legacy Project Inc. is a Western Australian not-for-profit organisation helping people have practical, compassionate conversations about death, dying, planning and legacy. It exists to create spaces where people can explore conversations that are often avoided but deeply important. The organisation focuses on:

  • Encouraging open conversations about death, dying, and legacy

  • Providing education around end-of-life planning and decision-making

  • Supporting individuals to reflect on the values and choices that shape their lives

  • Connecting people with the services and support they may need, particularly around end-of-life care and planning

  • Creating community environments where meaningful discussions can take place

Through these initiatives, we aim to reduce fear and uncertainty around end-of-life topics while empowering people with knowledge, choice, and access to the support available to them.We believe these conversations belong in everyday life, not only in hospitals, aged care, crisis moments or legal appointments. We support people to understand their options, record their wishes, prepare important documents and open meaningful conversations with the people who matter most.

Our Vision

To create a community where conversations about life, legacy, and end-of-life choices are approached with openness, understanding, and compassion. We envision a future where people feel empowered to live with intention and make informed decisions that bring clarity and peace of mind.

Our Mission

To foster meaningful conversations, education, and community connections that encourage people to reflect on their values, wishes, and legacy. Our mission is to support individuals by providing guidance, resources, and access to end-of-life planning and support services when they are needed.

Our Team

IYLP Inc. is guided by a group who cares deeply about compassionate community education, informed choice and practical end-of-life planning.
